"Assumed the worst, but they handled it"
One piece in my order showed up damaged, and I’ll be honest, I immediately assumed it was going to turn into a hassle. I emailed decohome.com, and after a few days they sent out a replacement. Not the smoothest start, but they sorted it out without much drama.
"Size chart was really off"
I checked the size chart before ordering, but the sizing was really way off. What I got didn’t fit like expected at all.

I bought a couple things from decohome.com last week, kind of late at night while I was half-watching TV, and the payment part seemed safe enough to me. I used my card, it went through without any errors, and the confirmation email showed up almost immediately. I kept an eye on my bank app the next day while drinking coffee, and there weren’t any strange charges or anything sketchy. I’m giving it 4 stars because I still wish they had a few more payment options, but overall the checkout was smooth.

I was happy with the experience overall. The site was simple to navigate and easy to use, though a few pages took a little longer to load than I expected. Still, it got the job done without any real hassle.

"Checkout kept giving me trouble"
I tried placing an order, but the checkout process was frustrating. The page froze on me twice, and then my payment didn’t seem to go through. At one point my cart looked empty too, so I wasn’t sure if I did something wrong or if the site was glitching. I kept trying for about 20 minutes before I just gave up. Maybe it was just bad timing, but it definitely wasn’t a great first impression.

I was happy with what I got, honestly. It ain’t nothing super fancy and the quality isn’t perfect, but it looks nice and feels fair for what I paid. Can’t really complain too much.

I ordered a small decor piece the packaging was just not it. It showed up in this flimsy little box with barely any padding, like maybe a thin bit of paper but nothing that would actually protect it. The box was bent on one side, kind of crushed like it had been tossed around, squeezed under something, or bumped on a corner during shipping, and when I opened it the item already had scratches on it.
I’m annoyed because it wasn’t some random super cheap thing where you expect zero care. For the price, they should’ve used bubble wrap, a sturdier box, foam inserts, packing paper, literally anything more than what they did. I’ve had mugs, candles, picture frames, and even tiny ceramic items from other places arrive packed way better than this. I don’t really understand why they’d ship decor like that, and I definitely wouldn’t order from them again.
"Not really my style"
I went on decohome.com hoping to get some fresh home decor ideas, but the designs just felt outdated to me. Maybe I’m being too picky, but it wasn’t really the look I had in mind.
A lot of the styles seemed kind of busy, and some of it looked a little cheap rather than clean or modern. The colors and product choices also didn’t feel like they went together that well, at least from what I saw.
I’m sure there are people who would like that kind of style, so maybe it’s just not for me. I ended up leaving the site quickly and probably wouldn’t go back to it for decorating inspiration.

I ordered this small cabinet because the size was exactly what I needed for a little corner near my hallway, and in the photos it looked like it would fit in nicely. Shipping was fine and it wasn’t too hard to get it out of the box, so at first I was hoping it would work out. But once I started looking at it more closely, it just felt kind of cheap. The finish had a few marks on it, one of the corners was chipped, and the doors didn’t line up very well. It’s one of those things that looks much nicer online than it does in person. For the price, I expected better and ended up disappointed...

I’m usually cautious about staying on top of things, but they replied quickly and kept me updated along the way, which made me feel a lot more comfortable.

It looks decent overall, and there’s nothing really wrong with it at first glance. Reading between the lines, though, it feels like you’re paying a little more for the style than anything else. Nice stuff, just not sure the price totally matches what you get.

"Support was helpful, but why so slow?!"
I ordered from Deco Home and ended up needing to contact support about my delivery. They did get back to me eventually, and the answer was actually helpful, but it took longer than I expected?! Overall, not a terrible experience, just wish their customer service was a bit quicker.

"Way longer shipping than expected"
I was told my order would arrive in 3-5 days, but it ended up taking almost 3 weeks. There weren’t really any clear updates along the way either, which made it even more frustrating. The items were fine once they finally showed up, but the wait was way too annoying. I probably won’t order from here again.

The install wasn’t too hard overall, but maybe it’s just me—I found the instructions a little confusing in a few spots, so it took longer than I expected

I have mixed feelings about it. The color didn’t look exactly like I thought it would, which was a little disappointing, but it’s still decent overall and I can make it work.

I thought this looked nice when I ordered it, but in person the material feels super thin and cheap. After about a week, the corners already started peeling, which was really disappointing. I also feel like my concerns just kind of got brushed off, like nobody actually read what I sent. Definitely not worth it for me

I was really hoping there would be more styles to choose from, but the selection felt limited. I kept browsing thinking I’d find something I liked, but there just wasn’t much there. it ended up being way more stressful than I expected for something that should’ve been simple

I cancelled my order with Deco Home and asked for a refund, thinking it would be a straightforward thing, but it ended up taking much longer than I expected. I don’t mind waiting a normal amount of time, because I know refunds don’t always show up instantly, but this felt like it just kept dragging on. I had to keep checking in to see what was happening, and the replies I got were vague, so I never really knew if the refund was actually being processed or if I was just being told to wait.
The money did come back in the end, so I’m not saying they never refunded me, but the whole process was stressful and kind of annoying. When you’ve already cancelled an order, you just want the refund handled clearly and within a reasonable time, not to feel like you have to keep following up to make sure it doesn’t get forgotten. Because of that, I don’t think I’d order from them again if this is how slow and unclear their refund process is

I ordered from decohome.com the item itself was fine. Then I noticed there was a missing part after delivery, and I thought, okay, here we go, time to deal with support. They did get back to me and they sorted it out in the end, so credit where it’s due. It just took a few days, and I had to follow up once, which was a bit annoying. Not a bad experience overall, but after you’ve already paid, you kind of hope things move a little faster
